The University of Vermont's Summer University has offerings for high school students, college students and part-time, working professionals. By choosing from more than 400 courses and programs, a student can pick up a semester's worth of credits in just three months, pursue professional development in week-long intensives, or focus on one challenging course at a time. Students can take classes on campus, study online, or tour the world beyond UVM in travel-study programs led by distinguished UVM faculty.
The university's core strengths in science, health, the arts and environmental coursework make Summer University the premier option in each area of study. There's another benefit: Better utilization of campus resources in summer helps UVM reduce its per-capita footprint over time.
